Edward Griffin, but Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas); MOVIEGUIDE Founder, Ted Baehr; and constitutional attorney, Edwin Vieira (4 degrees from Harvard). I have the utmost respect for Ed Vieira. He is one of the minorities in this country who still believe that the Constitution is the Master Law, period. He has four doctrates from Harvard, one in Constitutional law. Americans today should start to question our elected officials about preserving the Constituion.

Intents spirit, eternal, those who work to undermine it are of a materialistic mindset and are lost. Commerce can be good if its for good purpose, good intent. Today biggest biz's r aligned together to exploit/trick, not good intent, get something for nil. This is the problem we face, many want 2 earn from blood, sweat, tears and fears of others, intent is wrong, we have what we have. Original intent must be alive again, those who promote another or false intent, r enemies of people.

agreed. the magnitude of ignorance in this country as to the workings of the legislature and beaurocracy is troublesome. many lawmakers pass laws that really cheat ppl out of rights and money and voters are none the wiser

Actually the penalty for treason in any country is death. So Ed is correct. Supreme court judges KNOW that our money system is a fraud upon the people. they do everything they can to not rule on the issue. Ergo they are traitors along with the banksters and everyone else who goes along with it once they find out what its really for. Stealing all material wealth!

Obviously a well educated, seemingly rational guy as portrayed here. But he's pretty militant, maybe a little crazy. Read Dana Milbanks April 5, 2005 article to get a flavor of what I'm saying.

It is so refreshing to hear someone who really knows what he talks about. While I am not a minarchist, I am a free-market anarchist, I definitely could live with a strict interpretation of the constitution, despite my reservations about how long it could last. Either way so much depends on the vast majority of the population be educated about, truly understanding, and being in agreement with Libertarianism. And being vigilant about defending liberty.

Every American needs to be educated on fiat currencies and the federal reserve and it's policy of fractional reserve policies. If people truly understood that they are being conned, manipulated and exploited by those who control the currency, they may realize how beneficial it is to not have to give up so much of their wealth and future to a cabal that has a goal to destroy the country and the people, you can not allow them to continue with their goal.

Can't interpret the document. These guys---in their robes---should get some training in linguistics. I mean, if you are making important decisions and holding a position of amazing power, you can't be bothered to learn some linguistics and a history of the English language?

It's a moot point. The Constitution exists only within a republic... hence the pledge "....and the republic for which it stands". The Constitutin has been suspended since the Civil War. The natural movement of gov't under the War Measures Act/ Civil Law, is toward a Democracy, more importantly, a Representative Democracy.... Hegamony, Despotism, Totalitarianism, etc.
